Doula Training
We will starting the Multidimensional Birth Warrior Training in April 2026 with our new doula curriculum !
Our training will be different from other trainings because:
1. Indigenous / tribal birth and health practices will be included
2. Led by Indigenous women
3. Includes traditional Bodywork and Massage for mothers and infants
4. National Certification
5. Using "Talk Therapy" or traditionally known as PLATICAS for both parents and doulas for healing.
We will pick 3-12 women or men in San Antonio to take our 12 week prototype training for free.
Doula Services
Our skilled doulas provide emotional , mental and physical support during labor and childbirth.
Breastfeeding Support / Dar Pecho
Receive guidance and resources to establish a successful breastfeeding relationship with your baby.
Traditional Healing Practices/ Curaciones Traditionales
We are learning and relearning many indigenous traditional practices for childbirth and postpartum recovery. We want to bring back this knowledge into our community and families for a safer and healthy future.
Conocimiento (Knowledge)
Our bodies already know how to naturally birth our children but thru years of trauma and the oppression of women, we have forgotten and no longer know how to get thru the fear . Birth Comadres or Doulas can help you thru this beautiful sacred ceremony. We have this conocimento ( knowledge) to help.
Nuestros cuerpos ya saben cómo dar a luz a nuestros hijos de forma natural, pero tras años de trauma y la opresión de las mujeres, lo hemos olvidado y ya no sabemos cómo superar el miedo. Las comadres o doulas de parto pueden ayudarte en esta hermosa ceremonia sagrada. Tenemos este conocimiento para ayudarte.
